OUTDOOR SPACE: This home features a large, covered outdoor living space with seating for 8 guests. This space is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset with a cocktail in hand.

AMENITIES: This highrise is newly constructed and features resort-style pool on the 7th floor, 8000SF fitness center, basketball court, spa, racquetball court, boxing ring, golf simulator, soccer field, music studio, and movie theater.

PARKING: One parking space inside the building is included, free of charge. Street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. Valet parking is also available for an additional fee.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, beach towels, free WiFi (75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix, and cable TV in the living room. Games, toys and stair gates provided upon availability.

NOTE: The Rental Agreement applies to this listing. An email with a photo of the credit card used to book the reservation, along with a matching government-issued ID are required after signing the rental agreement. Chime, Cash App, or any pre-paid debit cards are not accepted. For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the home. Instead of a refundable security deposit, the quote includes a one-time $99 Damage Waiver Fee that covers up to $500 in incidental damage. This is a pet friendly property; $150 for the first pet, and $200 for the second pet, regardless of size or breed. Mailing packages to this property is not permitted.
